What happens after my trial ends?

We'll be launching soon with a free trial period. Join the waitlist to be notified when we open up access, and you'll get to try all features before committing to a plan.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll immediately gain access to new features and be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep access to premium features until then.

Do AI credits roll over?

Yes! Unused AI credits roll over to the next month for as long as you maintain an active AI-enabled plan (Pro, Elite, or any Agency plan). If you cancel or downgrade to Core, you'll have 90 days to use your banked credits before they expire. This means you never lose the AI insights you've paid for.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. For Agency plans, we also offer invoicing with net-30 terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we never store your payment information on our servers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically switch to the free Core plan, and all your data will be preserved.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide a 14-day free trial period so you can fully explore MessageActivity and ensure it's the right fit for your business before committing to a paid plan. We encourage all new users to take advantage of the trial period to test all features risk-free.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no setup fees, hidden charges, or surprise costs. The price you see is the price you pay. Your subscription includes everything listed in your plan, including unlimited contacts, messages, and storage. The only additional costs would be if you choose to purchase extra AI credits beyond your monthly allocation.

What are Agency plans and how do they work?

Agency plans are designed for teams and include multiple Elite-tier members at a discounted rate. Agency Starter includes 5 Elite members, Agency Growth includes 10 Elite members, and Agency Scale is custom pricing for 25+ agents. All Agency plans allow you to add Core members at a discount. Can I add more team members?

Yes! Individual plans (Core, Pro, Elite) are designed for single users. If you need multiple team members, our Agency plans are the best value.
